Boondoggle

One of the meanings of boondoggle is a work of little or no value done merely to appear busy.

The game of making money, the game of having a family, the game of seduction, the game of knowledge.
Whichever game it is, ultimately it seems to me one never ceases to be playing in his lifetime. There is something fulfilling about solving a riddle, reaching a goal or getting to the finish line that is common to all of us.

It is this innate obsession with achievements that leads me to believe that it does not matter what game it is. In the game of life, amidst uncertainty and purposelessness, we all have the power to redefine the rules of our own game.
